Introduction of strategic management
*Strategic
management is about planning or drafting a good management to predict the
future and decrease the impact of risk at the future while do it early planning
to avoid the certain issues that cannot be avoid but only can be prevent within organization and development, when
the economy going down forwad.
*Strategy
= better off to competitive advantages and action to gain profit when it have
opportunity to achieve goals (strategy planning, corporate planning, long-term
planning)
Identify the (VMO)
V : vision = vision is general statement, which a our set
lines or rules that we structure to achieve the set goals, the strategy
outlined (how we gonna do to achieve goals).
M : Mission = mission specific statement, which a something that we want
to achieve or our set goal in the future (what we want).
O : operation = what that we want to do or what have we done
to arrived at the set goals in the future.
